The Keencut 60630 Rotary Paper Cutter is a 40 inch table edge advanced rotary cutter designed to fit the edge of any work surface. Uniquely equipped, the sub-surface monorail bearing system and twin cutting wheels do not distort under heavy cutting pressure. Dual clamp rollers provide secure double clamping during cutting with up to double the gripping effectiveness. The two tungsten steel cutting wheels give unrivaled performance with two way (bi-directional) cutting action.
